A court will assist you and grant a divorce by default if you serve the divorce summons on your spouse and they do not respond.
Should you need our services for an uncontested divorce or a divorce where a bit of negotiation will lead to a settlement between you and you’re soon to be ex-spouse.
For R4450 (excluding Sheriff and Advocate fees) you can be a divorcee in no time. Complete the online uncontested divorce form and leave the rest up to us. There are no hidden costs and the total cost will be calculated as follows:
- Deposit for Summons: R2500
- Court Appearance: R990 (Advocate cost inclusive)
- Delivery of Summons ±R150 – (Sheriff Cost) To be paid directly to the Sherriff upon delivery of summons to the defendant.
- Advocate fee is payable 10 days in advance of your court date.
- Administration fee, Uplift & Provide Divorce Order: R550
Should any additional services and/ or changes be requested pertaining to the abovementioned, such services and/or changes shall be rendered at an attorney–own client scale
